Program Director and Senior Staff Attorney
Ryan serves in the role of Program Director and Staff Attorney. He is responsible for the strategic direction and fiscal solvency of the organization, manages the administrative staff, and develops relationships with the community, bar, and government. Additionally, Ryan has expertise in various areas of family based immigration – Adjustment of Status, Family Reunification (I-130), Naturalization, Consular Processing, Employment Authorization, Asylum, VAWA, Motion to Reopen, and Writ of Mandamus.
Before joining CIAC, Ryan has worked at FedEx Ground for over ten years with increasing responsibility. His most recent role was the Product Manager for the Safety Department.
